澳門藏家二代將分享他累積20多年的普洱茶品鑑經驗。他將運用獨特的品鑑技巧,從茶葉的觸感入手,為大家講解如何辨別普洱茶的年份、山頭、品種、樹齡和加工工藝。同時,他也將分享長期研究普洱茶的寶貴見解,用更深入的科學角度揭開普洱茶的神秘面紗,讓參與者成為真正了解和欣賞古樹茶的行家。

此外,活動還將回顧澳門悠久的茶文化歷史,探討這個曾經是全球茶葉貿易樞紐的小城,如今應如何定位自己的茶文化定位。透過追尋往事的碎片,尋找澳門茶文化的新出路。

A second-generation Macau collector will share his over 20 years of experience in Pu'er tea appreciation. He will employ unique tasting techniques, starting from the touch and feel of the leaves, to guide the audience in discerning the year, origin, variety, tree age, and processing methods of Pu'er tea. Furthermore, he will share his valuable insights gained from long-term research on Pu'er, using a more scientific approach to unveil the mysterious aspects of this ancient tree tea, enabling the participants to become true connoisseurs.

In addition, the event will also review the long history of Macau's tea culture, exploring how this former global tea trade hub should reposition its tea cultural identity today. By tracing the fragments of the past, we seek to find a new path forward for Macau's tea culture.
